A special style of living and an ambience that will make you feel at home. Excellent public transport connections. A buffet breakfast served each morning. Elegant and high-quality ambiance. The hotel can help organize city tours, restaurant reservations, and theater tickets. Countless world-famous attractions, shops, and dining options within walking distance.
Oh, such a shame - no free unicorn rides around the city for guests.

The staffs were kind and professional.
The corridors were not always kept clean. Doesn't look like they have got enough hands for cleaning job. The wooden floor makes a lot of noise when walking. The cost was on the high side. Complementary wireless internet access in the rooms would be highly appreciated.

Location was ok and the room we had was quiet at night. The breakfast on offer was reasonable with cereal, hot food, fruit juice, tea and coffee. Our room was very spacious and clean as was the toilet. There was also a large fan in the room which kept the room cool.
The staff were probably the most uninterested, rude people i've had the misfortune to meet. Not once were we greeted with a simple "hello".Huge staff training issues there.I was also concerned at the security regarding the front door of the hotel which was either wide open or unlocked when shut.Anyone could have walked in off the street..again staff training issues!.The room was also missing a fridge. Its not asking much to put a small fridge in the room.Or maybe they simply just dont care!

The hotel is located in a very affluent area of Berlin, just off the Kurfürstendamm, which makes it perfect for indulging in some luxury shopping and exploring the vibrant bar scene nearby. The staff are attentive and provide excellent service, ensuring that all our needs were met. The rooms, while not fancy, had all the essential amenities and were kept spotlessly clean. The breakfast spread was impressive, with a wide variety of options including warm dishes, and it was included in the price, offering great value for money.
No negative aspects to mention - everything was just fine!

I booked a room for 5 nights to stop smoking, and it was perfect: clean, quiet, unstressful. There's a generous breakfast buffet from 7 to 10 am. Went shopping a couple of times in Kurfürstendamm; went to see a film one night at Potsdamerplatz (an easy bus-ride over on the m29); went out a few times for coffee or a glass of wine (there are lots of restaurants and cafés in the area); it was terrific. There's also a Kaiser's (supermarket) a couple of doors down if one needs provisions, though I really only needed mineral water. Highly recommended.

Located within easy reach of Berlin's main attractions and surrounded by cafes and shops, this hotel is a great choice for any visitor. The rooms are bright and tidy with all facilities in working order, and the bathrooms are clean. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast with a great variety of food available. The staff is friendly and very helpful, always welcoming guests with a smile. Enjoy a lovely view of the inner courtyard during your stay.
There were times when the hotel was quite noisy due to other guests, but this was not the hotel's fault.
